Motivate Others
Here at Hawk Associates we have been delivering Leadership Development in Wales since 1992. In our Leading Others module, participants will gain an understanding of how to lead team members effectively. In addition, participants will learn to provide feedback and coaching to develop others. Our experience and expertise will enable us to drive you and your organisation towards success.
Participants will gain an understanding of the dynamics of motivating others. As well as asking questions and effective listening to build engagement in others. The focus is on supporting & enabling direct reports, whilst maintaining the ability to upward influence decisions.
Role modelling is continued from the Leading Self module, with a focus on truly understanding the reports, values and behaviours of direct reports. This is another key module in creating a lasting organisational transformation.

Each of the leading self, leading others & leading organisations modules are designed to be worked through in sequence as part of a programme. Each one builds on the skills previously learned. It is possible to combine modules into shorter programmes. Although we recommend that they are taken in conjunction with each other for maximum effect.
